WIP Construction / Rio Tinto
2023
$1.2M
JR Pipelines delivered culvert installation works at Amrun, including 1800mm and 2200mm culverts, creek diversion and headwall construction. The project was carried out within an operational mine site and involved strict timelines, continuous management of extreme groundwater and foundation replacement in difficult conditions. Despite the complexity of the site, the works were completed safely and to program.
Mareeba Shire Council
2025–26
$1.7M
This project involved installation of a new 150mm watermain through the Mareeba CBD and Kennedy Highway corridor, including trenched crossings, property connections, pavement reinstatement and shutdown coordination. The works required staging around traffic and TMR requirements, coordination with businesses and residents, and management of multiple cut-ins and water outages. JR Pipelines completed the project ahead of schedule, without incident or complaints.
Kerdic Homes
2024–25
$1.8M
At Oceans Edge, JR Pipelines delivered all underground services for the subdivision, including sewer, stormwater and water infrastructure. The project involved unsuitable ground conditions, high groundwater and culvert installation through a creek, with some works needing to be completed within seasonal constraints. Delivered in a low-lying coastal environment, the job was completed to a high standard and reinforced an ongoing relationship with a repeat client.
